1. Design
We start with open-source prosthetic blueprints created by engineers and prosthetists. These designs have been tested, proven, and are ready for real-world use.
2. Print
Each part is 3D-printed using strong, lightweight materials, such as polycarbonate and TPU. These give the prosthetic both strength and flexibility.
3. Assemble & Quality Check
We hand-build every device with padding, straps, and adjustments for comfort and movement, then test it to ensure it fits, functions, and feels right before donating.
